POLICY TITLE: PUBLIC RECORDS—RETENTION AND AVAILIBILITY TO PUBLIC

POLICY NUMBER: 1070

1070.10 The policy consists of three simple procedures:  Purge applications within three months of those applicants who were not hired; follow applicable California law and IRS standards for purging invoices of paid bills after seven years; and purge all other records pursuant to applicable California records retention statutes with District Board approval.
