ADOPTED BUDGET ACCEPTANCE RESOLUTION

SCOTT VALLEY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

RESOLUTION NO. 08-2020

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE

SCOTT VALLEY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT TO APPROVE THE ADOPTED BUDGET

FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2020/2021 ENDING JUNE 30, 2021

AS PRESENTED TO THE SISKIYOU COUNTY AUDITOR-CONTROLLER

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors of the Scott Valley Fire Protection District to accept the adopted budget for the 2020/2021 fiscal year; and

WHEREAS, it is desired of the Board of Directors to adopt the fiscal year 2020/2021 budget

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved as follows, to wit;

Section A:  The proposed adopted budget for fiscal year 2020/2021 consisting of Authorized General, Specific

and Investment Revenues of one hundred fifteen thousand, sixty dollars ($115,060);

and Personnel, Operating [Services and Supplies] of and Capital Outlay Appropriations of  One hundred sixty-two thousand dollars ($162,000);

and Appropriations for Contingencies of Two hundred eighty-one thousand, two hundred ninety-three dollars ($281.293) is hereby adopted and shall be the financial plan for fiscal year 2020/2021 unless amended thereto by resolution or motion of the Board of Directors.  Expenditures of the Scott Valley Fire Protection District funds are hereby authorized under this budget plan, titled “Scott Valley Fire Protection District Fiscal Year 2020/2021 Budget”.
